excellent service pillow menu historical elements

the staff provided excellent service. they remembered my coffee order at breakfast. the minibar was stocked fully and free. the hotel incorporates history with qr codes linking to historical facts about the artefacts.. i found this very engaging. the bed had a pillow menu. the hotel gave attention to detail regarding the historical elements. the pool is small but refreshing.

The hotel staff retrieved our car from parking and reparked it. Staff loaded the car with our bags on departure day. They had it waiting out front when we needed to leave. The dining recommendations proved very nice. The hotel has history relics.

Really good City Break

really good attention exposed beams welcome drink excellent touch

The staff provided really good attention to detail. The hotel considered everything. Little touches in the room really made a difference. Our room had exposed beams. The centerpiece bath was beautiful. We received a welcome drink upon arrival. Staff offered a map and a talk through of areas. This was an excellent touch. The waitress Sonia remembered our drink requests. She brought them without ordering. This service was very nice.

The ground floor room next to the reception hall echoed noise.
